Governor appoints three new members of the Coordinating Board for Higher Education

Upchurch is an attorney in St. Louis who specializes in intellectual property and patent application issues and also serves as an adjunct professor at the Washington University School of Law. He replaces Dudley Grove.

Lillig-Patterson is an Avila College graduate and an executive with Cerner Corporation in Kansas City, where she has been director of marketing and operations and director of client services for the healthcare information technology company. She replaces Sandy Kauffman.

Boswell has taught early childhood development courses at MU's College of Human Environmental Sciences and holds a degree in human development and family studies from MU. She also serves as a member of the HES alumni board. She replaces Mary Joan Wood.
