Senate races with University of Missouri alums that are contested in November include:

The winners of the above races will join 11 other senators who have University of Missouri degrees but were not up for re-election this year. These incumbents include Harry Kennedy, D-St. Louis (UMSL); John Loudon, R-Kirkwood (MU); Yvonne Wilson, D-Kansas City (UMKC); Tim Green, D-St. Louis (UMSL); Luann Ridgeway, R-Liberty (UMKC); Bill Stouffer, R-Marshall (MU); Chuck Gross, R-St. Charles (MU); Rob Mayer, R-Dexter (UMKC); Jason Crowell, R-Cape Girardeau (MU); Jack Goodman, R-Mt. Vernon (MU); and Chris Koster, R-Harrisonville (MU).
