The COMPASS Project Team wants to wish you and yours a happy and safe Thanksgiving!

Hyperion-Human Capital Planning (HCP) Update

On November 1, the campus budget officers came together in Columbia to gain some hands-on experience with Hyperion-HCP. This was a valuable practice session that enabled the campus budget officers to become more familiar with the application and prepare for their upcoming user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions.

The Hyperion-HCP UAT sessions have been scheduled on each campus and the participants have been selected. In addition, in preparation for the campus UAT sessions, there is ongoing communication between the COMPASS project team and the UAT participants. Approximately 30 employees across all four campuses from a diverse group of departments will be participating in UAT. These participants will be key players in helping rollout training to the pilot group developing their FY14 annual budget.

Remember, Remember sessions begin in November!

Hyperion training materials, and other assistance, are available on the Division of IT website. And, after you get your bellies full of turkey, get ready for a busy November and December. The following milestones and events are just around the corner.
