Student Representative to the Board of Curators Tracy Mulderig was appointed by Gov. Jay Nixon on Feb. 18, 2014 and confirmed by the Senate March 6, 2014 for a term ending Jan. 1, 2016.
Mulderig is an industrial/organizational psychology doctoral student at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She is an active member of UMSL’s Psychology Graduate Student Association, a graduate research assistant at the Missouri Institute of Mental Health, and a member of UMSL’s Phi Kappa Phi chapter.
Previously, she earned degrees in psychology and mathematics from Truman State University. As an undergraduate student, she was an active member of Psi Chi, Kappa Mu Epsilon, Alpha Gamma Delta (Chapter VP-Finance; Panhellenic delegate), and Order of Omega (Chapter President). She believes her professional training and experiences as both an undergraduate and graduate student have prepared her to represent the best interests of students across the UM System.
“The diverse student body of the four-campus UM System consists of undergraduate, graduate, and professional students with a wide variety of concerns. My job is to listen to my fellow students and to be their voice. I am here to offer input and help the Board of Curators understand how their decisions may impact students at all levels across the system.”
