for Depression Program (MBCT)

This is an innovative 8-week program that offers instruction in mindfulness meditation and yoga which aid participants in making a simple yet radical shift in their experiences to the thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations that contribute to depression.  This program is appropriate for anyone wanting to learn how to better manage feelings of depression.
