The Freedom from Smoking Program
The Phoenix Program offers the American Lung Associations Freedom from Smoking Program which is an evidence-based smoking cessation program. New classes start every month, and include 8 sessions (materials provided) with group support before, during and after your quit-date.Contact Greg at 875-875-8880, ext. 2123.

Employee Assistance Program
The University of Missouri's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential, professional service provided to all employees, their families, retirees and organizational work units. The EAP provides a variety of services to help employees influenced by a range of personal concerns, including smoking cessation.
The Breathe Smoking Cessation Program allows Coventry myChoice members FREE online digital health coaching. For online access, log in by choosing "My Online Services" on the Coventry Health Care webpage for the University of Missouri. Once you have logged in, navigate to the Wellness Tools option.
Smoking Cessation Medications
Selected smoking cessation medications are available through the UM prescription drug program with a prescription from your physician. Contact your physician or ExpressScripts Customer Service at 1-800-955-1201 for more information. Covered medications include:

Smoking Cessation Consultations
The Wellness Resource Center and Healthy for Life have partnered to offer FREE nicotine replacement therapy patches, access to one-on-one counseling, assistance in developing a personalized quit plan, and peer support. Visit the Wellness Resource Center to schedule an appointment.
