ASUM is pushing legislation through Missouri’s General Assembly that benefits students at the MU, UMSL, UMKC, and Rolla campuses. ASUM interns are UM students; they learn and live on each campus, are in tune with the wishes of the student body, and represent the 73,000 students in the UM system.
Speaker of the House, Tim Jones, reiterates his “Triple E” platform which includes economic development, energy policy, and education reform for this legislative session.
Similarly, Tom Dempsey, President Pro Tem has a “BIG” vision. BIG includes Building our infrastructure, Investing in education, and Growing Missouri’s economy.

With growing enrollment numbers on all four campuses, it is not surprising that many students turn to off-campus housing options.
