Make a Stand Rally

For over 35 years ASUM has been the student voice in government and continues to serve as a model for other universities across the country.
Students in Missouri have the potential to make a great impact on the Missouri legislature and their policies. The ASUM Legislative Interns have been lobbying very hard for
University of Missouri Students, now it’s your turn! Make sure to join us April 11th at the Capitol to “Make a Stand” for students! Look here to see what they have been doing this legislative session on Budgetary Issues, Student Curator, Landlord & Tenant Relations, and STEM Initiatives.The Associated Students of the University of Missouri is hosting a UM-System wide rally at the Capitol on April 11th from 9am to approximately 1pm . The theme of this rally is “Make A Stand” and students will be showing their support of higher education funding, scholarship funds, and the Governor’s BOOST bonding initiative. Free transportation will be provided from all UM-System schools as well as a free t-shirt. Students on all our campuses are invited!

Come represent yourself and support your fellow students on the Capitol steps and make a difference for your campus, the University System, and the State of Missouri!

The ASUM Board of Directors is coming to your campus! Every four years ASUM asks for student’s feedback on their legislative priorities. The student opinion on the issues that are being brought forth from the students to the Missouri Legislature matters a great deal.
