This is an 8-week program that offers instruction in mindfulness meditation and yoga.  This innovative program will aid participants in making a simple yet radical shift in their experiences with the thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations that contribute to depression. 

This program is appropriate for anyone wanting to learn how to better manage feelings of depression.  In the program you will learn skills to help you handle your thoughts and feelings differently.  People who have participated in this program in the past reported fewer episodes of depression than people who participated in other forms of treatment.

The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program is the foundation of this program designed to treat recurring depression.  Please see the webpage MBSRClasses for more information.
