The University of Missouri Decision Support Project is the next step in building a decision support environment for University of Missouri faculty and staff.
The Board of Curators adopted the system-wide strategic plan, A Design for the Future, in September 1999. The revised 2006 strategic plan reflects a transition in thinking away from a linear planning model toward an integrated systems approach. Includes explanations of the Balanced Scorecard concept model; the Strategic Themes that more clearly communicate strategic intent (Access to Learning, Academic Achievement and Quality, Community-University Engagement, Valuing People and Creating a Supportive Work Environment, Improving Core Processes, and Developing and Managing Resources).
Supporting materials include revised financial planning assumptions and an environmental scanning document entitled, EnScan Perspectives 2001-2002.
