Instructions on downloading the Rich-Text version:

1. Download the form onto your computer and place it in some temporary directory (such as c:\windows\temp). The file name is grantapplication.rtf.
2. Open the file in your word processing program (almost any word processing program should read a rich text file accurately). From within your word processor, you may have to specify to the program that you are opening a Rich Text document (which has the file extension ".rtf"). There will probably be a section that says: "list files of type:..." and will have a list of file types to choose from.
3. Print the document, sign the form, add the research proposal, and submit according to the instructions.
