We are committed to providing all utilities to the lot line of park tenants. These will include water Consolidated Public Water District #1 with a pressure and flow rate sufficient for fire protection in the City of Columbia, electricity from Boone Electric Cooperative that will have a redundant source of supply, natural gas from Ameren UE at a pressure and flow rate for commercial use, and telecommunications from the University providing high capacity broadband voice, data, and video transmissions possibly including access to Internet2.
The City of Columbia is designing and building the road through the park, currently called Lenoir Street. The sanitary sewer will be built by the University and maintained by the City of Columbia. It will include a lift station back to the nearest city entrance.
