PeopleSoft Financial Reports

The Web Application system allows you to run financial reports tailored to fit your needs using options such as DeptId, Fund, Program, etc. The following reports are available:

• Budget Variance – Summary of budgeted revenues and expenditures compared to actuals.
• Income Statement – Detail and summary reports of actual revenues and expenditures.
• Balance Sheet – Report on assets and liabilities.
  

1. In the Web Application system (https://webapps.umsystem.edu/), choose PS Financial Reports.

2. Once on the Financial Reports page, choose a report from one of the four drop-down lists available and then click Go.
