Management Services is a Division within the System Office of Finance and Administration. Management Services provides support services to the campuses, University Administration and the University of Missouri Board of Curators. The Division's Strategic Objectives provide a framework for staff within the Division to establish service and performance expectations.
The Associate Vice President Management Services has responsibility for the departments within Management Services and provides staff support for the Board of Curators Physical Facilities and Management Services Committee. The Associate Vice President is also the Contracting Officer for the University of Missouri System and executes contracts not delegated to the campuses.
The Office of Associate Vice President Management Services coordinates all UM space assignments and funds the maintenance and utility cost for the space. System departments seeking additional space or reassignments must complete a space request form (Word 61 KB) and submit to the Associate Vice President.
