The State of Missouri requires an annual report on vehicles owned and operated by the University. The report contains data on vehicle types, fuel usage, mileage, maintenance costs, and compliance with CAFE standards for new vehicles acquired.
Each campus and University Hospital has a Vehicle Coordinator who is responsible for gathering the campus data for the report. UM Business Services collects the data for UM departments and the campus reports and submits them to the State.
There are also Federal reports or inquiries about University vehicles. These reports and inquiries may be requested from the Vehicle Coordinators directly, or from UM Business Services.
