Procurement Services is responsible for the coordination of a physical inventory of all capital equipment, and for the campus reporting of such. Capital equipment is deemed as tangable property, with a life cycle of 2 years, with a value of $5,000. Procurement is responsible to ensure the campus performs the inventory and completes the reporting on a bi-annual basis. Specific procedures may vary by campus.
