Purchasing Card
Master Agreements
The Purchasing Card Policies and Procedure manual outlines Prohibited Purchases in section 3.5. The fourth bullet listed in this section reads:
- Leases/Rentals requiring a signed agreement (unless a master agreement is on file with Procurement Services)
The following suppliers have master agreements, which are agreed upon terms and conditions that adhere to University of Missouri standards, on file with Procurement Services. These vendors have been approved for PCard use.

- Lindsey Rental
- RSC Rental
- US Rents It
