In addition to the applicable Base Rental Charges set forth above, rental location surcharges are assessed in the following New York City Boroughs: Manhattan, New York City - $18.00/day, $108.00/wk, or $250.00/mth apply to the Home City Rates, and $11.00/day, $78.00/wk, or $150.00/mth apply to the Airport Rates; all other Boroughs - $14.00/day, $84.00/wk, or $200.00/mth apply to the home City Rates, and $7.00/day, $54.00/wk, or $100.00/mth apply to the Airport Rates; State of New York other than New York City Boroughs - $3.00/day, $18.00/wk, or $42.00/mth.
Base Rental Charges do not include applicable taxes, surcharges, refueling, one-way, drop-off, delivery, pickup, youthful driver or additional driver charges; or, except as set forth below, any optional products or services such as collision damage waiver ("CDW"), supplemental liability protection ("SLP"), personal accident insurance and personal effects coverage ("Driver Protection Products").
Enterprise agrees to make its vehicles available to Employees for rental from Enterprise's rental facilities for business use or personal use. Employees of Customer must (a) use the customer number assigned by Enterprise to Customer (NA51EXR for rentals for business use and NA51EX4 for personal use) when making the reservation for the rental and (b) certify at the time of reservation whether the rental is for business use or personal use.
Each Employee (and any person identified on page 1 of the Rental Contract has a valid driver's license issued by state in which such person resides, be age 21 or older (18 or older if required by law), and meet Enterprise's other normal renter qualifications.
Base Rental Charges for rentals in the Missouri and Surrounding states include unlimited miles per day, week, and month. For travels outside of Missouri and surrounding states mileage of 200 free/day, 1400 free/wk, and 3000 free/mth are included. Any additional miles will be charged at the rate of $0.20/mile.
