The daily rates include unlimited mileage in the renting and bordering states and applies to all continental USA locations. No additional charge for drivers under age 25, if renter is on school business (unless mandated by law, must be 21 with a major credit card.) Physical damage responsibility for the rental vehicle limited to the first $3,000 (void if rental agreement is violated.); primary third party liablity (state minimums.)
