Contains degree sought and degree completed information. These tables contains one row per student per term for each degree sought or awarded. The degree sought data is warehoused on the 20th day of classes from campus frozen copies of the Student Information System's Student Records Database and is a snapshot of the student's degree information prior to completion of the term they are enrolled. The completions data is warehoused annually in conjunction with the MSAS completions extract run July 1 at the close of the academic year from the Student Record Database. The offical census point for this data category is the 20th day of call of the fall and winter terms and the 10th day of class of the summer term. It is defined in the warehouse as SS, FS or WS followed by a four character year. An academic year normally begins with a summer term and closes with a winter term, thus academic year 98 corresponds to SS1998, FS1998 and WS1999.
