10.040 Terms of President and Vice President

- Terms of Office -- It is the policy of this Board that a person who is elected President or Vice President of the Board may not serve more than two consecutive one year terms as President of the Board or two consecutive one year terms as Vice President of the Board, except that the foregoing limitation of terms shall not apply when such a person has served out an unexpired term of an office.
