20.010 General Organization

1. Board Policy
   1. Basic Concept -- The Board reaffirms the basic concept that the University of Missouri shall be one University, and
   2. Central Administration -- This one University concept requires a centrally directed and unified administration and operation, and
   3. Implementation -- The Board reaffirms the authority already granted to the President to direct the manner of implementation of this concept, and
      1. The Board expects full cooperation of all University and campus staff to carry out this general policy, and
   4. Rules -- The Board directs that in the consideration and drafting of proposed rules and regulations that such concept be followed.
