90.010 Instruments Under Any Public Law

- Programs, Grants, Loans and Contracts -- In any cooperative program, participation program, application for grant, application for loan, contract or other program or undertaking of whatsoever nature, under any Public Law of the United States, with any department, agency or office or division of the Government of the United States, or any contractor therewith, which has been authorized by the Board of Curators or its designated representative, all applications, contracts, reports, agreements or instruments, of The Curators of the University of Missouri, a public corporation, may be executed in the name of The Curators of the University of Missouri and signed by the President thereof or the President of the University, or the Vice President for Finance and Administration, or the Treasurer of the University, with the corporate seal affixed, attested by the Secretary, and all such officers shall be authorized agents of the Curators of the University of Missouri, a public corporation, for such purposes.
