Chapter 190: Western Historical Manuscripts Collection

190.020 Manuscript Contracts

1. President's Authority -- The President of the University is hereby authorized to contract with persons in public life for the depositing of their public papers with the Western Historical Manuscripts Collection.
    
2. Confidentiality -- The Western Historical Manuscripts Collection is further authorized upon the request and upon the terms of such contract to keep confidential to the Western Historical Manuscripts Collection such contracts and papers in accordance with the terms of such agreements.
