Determination of the residence of any student or prospective student for all purposes, including, but not limited to, assessment of the educational fee, admission to limited-enrollment programs, and eligibility for financial aid shall be based on definitions and rules promulgated by the Missouri Coordinating Board for Higher Education. Such definitions and rules will be contained in University published administrative guidelines governing determination of residence and educational fee assessment.
