Chapter 230: Student Fees

230.040 Student Facility and Activity Fees

1. Student facility and activity fees shall be set and approved for each campus by the Board of Curators.
    
2. Student facility and activity fees shall be assessed on the basis of the credit value of courses in which a student is enrolled. Student facility and activity fees shall be assessed only for courses offered on the University's campuses.
    
3. The President or Chancellors may exempt the assessment of student facility and activity fees when courses are offered during periods when facilities or activities supported by these fees are not scheduled.
    
4. Conditions leading to the waiver of the educational fee do not cause the student facility and activity fees to be waived.
