Chapter 260: Student Activities Budgets

260.010 Development and Approval

1. The President, through the Chancellors, is responsible for all aspects of the fiscal administration of student activities programs.
    
2. Each Chancellor shall establish appropriate and prudent procedures to ensure fiscally responsible use of funds supporting various student activities programs.
    
3. Each Chancellor shall establish procedures to ensure student participation in budget planning and implementation of student activities programs. A description of these procedures shall be broadly available to students.
    
4. Approval of student activities budgets shall reside with each Chancellor.
