Experian Consumer DirectSM will bill you monthly. Payment arrangements are between Experian Consumer Direct and the consumer. The university does not handle any billing or payments. Payroll deduction is not available for this product since you will make payment directly to Experian Consumer Direct.
No, the university is not in the position to reimburse consumers for credit monitoring services they have previously purchased. In some cases, you may be able to cancel your previous purchase and switch to take advantage of the Triple Alert Monitoring Product at the discounted price.
