Welcome to the University of Missouri System Faculty Salary Survey.
You are about to enter the second phase of a work-in-progress that is meant to be a salary planning tool for academic administrators. By selecting a campus and academic discipline; users will be presented charts, which illustrate available market and internal data for faculty salaries. These range charts and the data points included in the salary survey, will provide the framework for current salary decisions and future salary planning.
The data presented originates from several data collection sources: the College and University Personnel Association (CUPA); the AAU National Faculty Survey; and the Oklahoma State University Faculty Salary Survey. Special cuts against these data bases were made to focus on the most appropriate comparator institutions – with special emphasis on large, public research institutions. All of the data presented is proprietary to the originating organizations and is not intended to be made available for the general public.
