Executive Technology Support (ETS)
Welcome to ETS!
ETS (previously known as ICS - Information and Computing Services) provides computer hardware and software support for UM System employees. The ETS Department is located on the 2nd floor of the Locust Street building. The ETS Helpdesk is supported, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and is closed on all official holidays. You can reach the ETS Helpdesk at (573) 882-4083.
Network Maintenance hours are Saturday from
12:00 AM midnight to Sunday at 12:00 PM noon.
