Help Desk
When Contacting the HelpDesk...
- If possible, please include the following information in all communications with the helpdesk:
- Record the exact wording of any error messages; plus, keep any related listings to show the ETS HelpDesk personnel.
- To help save time, please state what computer system you are using.(Dell, IBM, laptop, etc.)
- What programs did you have open at the time of the problem? Have you recently installed anything?
- Please look up error messages yourself (you might be able to solve the problem yourself). Most manuals should be available on site; in addition, Windows applications have online helpfiles.
- Our staff is here to help you. Since we assist all the System employees, it may take us some time to resolve your problem. At times, it may be necessary to get back with you later or refer you to someone else.
HelpDesk Staff/Hours:
- Mon-Fri, 8-12am & 1-5pm
- The ETS Helpdesk is closed on all official holidays.
Maintenance Hours:
- Sat 12:00am midnight - Sun 12:00pm noon
