The UM ITSS Helpdesk provides user support, availability scheduling, change management and coordination of services for systems and users.
The UM Helpdesk is open Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM through 5:00 PM. After hours calls are handled by a Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) feature.
