- Security issues with the Annual Salary Increase Application (ASIA) are being addressed as more departments begin to use the tool.
- The Benefits Administration Module was moved to production the weekend of June 25th.
- The implementation went smoothly and is functioning well. There are data issues that the functional and technical teams are working through; some of it involves training clarification.
- Compensatory Time can now be tracked in PeopleSoft and entered via WebTime. Comp time can be awarded in lieu of overtime at one and one-half hour for each hour of overtime worked.
- Changes to how ethnicity is recorded in PeopleSoft HR versus how it is recorded in
- PeopleSoft Student are being addressed. Each application updates different tables and this affects the sync between the two applications. Developers on the Student and HR side are testing the nightly process.
- The retirement and deferred vested calculators are nearing completion. A change to the code that pulls historical salaries is being tested.
- Planning for the upgrade to PeopleSoft HRMS version 8.9 is underway. We might use consulting services to assist in project planning and knowledge transfer.
