Telecommunications and Security
The Telecommunications & Security division is comprised of five main groups: Data Networking, Telecom, Technical Services, Information Security & Account Management, Project Management, and Marketing & Planning, and Training.
Telecommunications includes voice, data and video transport and services. These services are delivered to customers from Telecom Technical Services and Data Network Planning and Support.
Information Security & Account Management (ISAM) provides security services to the IT division and to the MU campus. ISAM is responsible for handling account management activities, security awareness programs, auditing, incident prevention and incident response.
The Marketing & Planning group is responsible for marketing and communications, strategic and tactical planning, and preparedness.
The Training group provides classroom and responder training to the MU, UM and University Health Care communities.
