- Financial Audits - focus on the accounting and reporting of financial transactions, including commitments, authorizations, and receipt and disbursement of funds.
- Operational Audits - focus on a efficient and effective usage of a unit’s resources to fulfill the unit’s mission and objectives.
- Compliance Audits - focus on the degree of a unit’s adherence to external requirements and University policies and procedures.
- Investigative Audits - are performed at the request of management.
