COMPASS stands for Commitment, Planning and Support Systems. It is a two part strategic initiative that includes new processes, systems, and reporting using Hyperion and Data Warehouse.* Embracing the OEI principles, COMPASS also promotes the future success of employees, effective utilization of resources and innovative processes through the implementation of new software, reports and information technology tools.
