Real Estate Actions Requiring Board Approval
The Collected Rules and Regulations, Section 70.050 - Real Estate, Licenses and Rights-of-Way specifices which Real Estate items require approval from the Board of Curators.
UM Business Services assists the Campus Real Estate Coordinators and the Assistant Vice President for Management Services (AVP) in preparing the documents necessary for Board approval. These recommendations are presented to the Board through the Finance Committee.
The Real Estate Document Preparation Manual for items going to the Board of Curators has been prepared to assist with this process.
