These records are students' applications for admission to the Dental School. Accepted applications are transferred to student's folder.

Authorized Retention:

Retain rejected applications for five (5) years, then destroy.

NOTE:  Retain in office for one (1) year, Records Center four (4) years.

VOLUME: 6 Cubic Feet Per Year

ARRANGEMENT: Alphabetical

These are students' records including college transcripts, ADSAS, dental board scores, applications for admission, supplemental Dental School applications, Veterans Administration certification of eligibility, correspondence, etc. The student files for the dental hygiene students include the dental hygiene exam scores, lists of courses and grades, transcripts, etc. This includes folders for those students who have dropped out without graduating.

Authorized Retention:

Retain for period of reference not to exceed two (2) years after last enrollment, then destroy, provided pertinent documents have been microfilmed.
