11. Procard Records
Procard records consist of, but not limited to: credit card receipts, shipping documents, invoices, bills of lading, etc., received by departments using the Procard Credit Card (Unicard) for purchases. The records may also contain Statements of Accounts, if departments print a copy for departmental records.
Retain for five (5) fiscal years after year of record, then destroy.
