Purchasing Card Online Training

 

If you are NEW to the Purchasing Card Program and need to obtain a Purchasing Card, you must have submitted to Procurement Operations a completed and signed application/agreement form.

If you are a RENEWAL cardholder, make sure you signed the Purchasing Card Receipt Form(sent with your renewal card) and it has been returned to the Procurement Operations Office.

Every cardholder whether new or renewing is accountable for all Purchasing Card Policies and Procedures and required to take the online training located in myLearn.

A score of 80% is required in order to pass.  Once the training has been completed successfully, a notification will be sent to Procurement Operations.

  

Accessing myLearn for Pcard Training

  • Go to https://myhr.umsystem.edu (login with userid/psswd)
  • Click on Main Menu
  • Click on Self Service
  • Click on Personal Information
  • Click on HR Training-myLearn
  • Scroll to top of page
  • If a First Time User
    • Do Step 1 
      • Add *.skillport.com, *.skillwsa.com to trusted sites and uncheck the box (show me how)
      • Click on the perform a browser test link
      • Popup blocker and Java may need setting changes
      • Close the SkillSoft Browser Capabilities Check browser window
      • Go to "If a Returning User"
  • If a Returning User
    • Do Step 2
      • Click on "Click Here to Begin"
      • NOTE: If you use adaptive technology to view websites, please click the Web accessibility check box on the bottom of the page
      • Click on Catalog
      • Click on Courses Created by the University for the University
      • Click on UM System
      • Launch Pcard Training
