MUHC Purchasing Card Billing Cycle

 

The billing cycle begins on the 25th day of the month and ends on the 24th day of the following month. If the 24th day of a month is on a Saturday, the billing cycle will end on Friday the 23rd. If the 24th day of a month is on a Sunday, the billing cycle will end on Monday the 25th.

Reconcilation

All transactions must be reconciled by the last working day of the month for that billing cycle.  Transactions not reconciled by the end of the day on last working day of the month will be charged to the default account listed for the cardholder.
