The University of Missouri Board of Curators General Counsel Search Committee will meet at 8:45 A.M., CST, on Thursday, September 6, 2007, in 321 University Hall, Columbia, Mo. The committee will meet in an open session to consider approval of a closed meeting, pursuant to Sections 610.021(3), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting of particular employees and Section 610.021(13), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment.
