The University of Missouri executed a lease of property at 2413 Charlotte, Kansas City, Mo. on September 11, 2007 for the University of Missouri-Kansas City. The lease was authorized by the University of Missouri Board of Curators on July 27, 2007. The lease is to J.B. Washam and Deborah C. Washam, for the period of approximately six years, with an option by the tenant to renew for three additional five-year terms. Rent beginning in year two will be $14.92 s.f., escalating at 3% each year of the lease, including the option years.
