The University of Missouri Board of Curators will hold a special meeting at noon, CDT, on Wednesday, September 26, 2007, originating in University Hall Conference Room 225, Columbia, Mo., and at remote locations via conference telephone. The committee will meet in an open session to consider approval of a closed meeting. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Curators, upon such motion duly made and adopted, will move immediately to a closed meeting at 12:01 P.M., CDT, and continue in that closed meeting to its conclusion, to conduct closed business and required votes pursuant to Sections 610.021(1), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include legal actions, causes of action or litigation, and confidential or privileged communications with counsel; 610.021(3), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting of particular employees and Section 610.021(13), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment.
