The University of Missouri Board of Curators Presidential Search Advisory Committee will meet at noon, CST, on Monday, November 19, 2007, in The Kansas City Room of Kansas City Southern, 427 W. 12th Street, Fifth Floor, in Kansas City, Mo. The committee will meet in an open session to consider approval of a closed session. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Curators, upon such motion duly made and adopted, will hold a closed session at 12:05 p.m. on Monday, November 19, 2007, in The Kansas City Room of Kansas City Southern, 427 W. 12th Street, Fifth Floor, in Kansas City, Mo., to conduct closed business and required votes pursuant to Sections 610.021(1), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include legal actions, causes of action or litigation, and confidential or privileged communications with counsel; 610.021(3), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting of particular employees; and 610.021(13), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment.
