The University of Missouri received a fully executed lease of 282 acres in Macon County, Mo. to Northeast Missouri Grain Processors, Inc. The lease was approved by the University of Missouri Board of Curators on October 5, 2007. The lease is $16,000 per year for 23 years, with periodic adjustments to the rent for the University of Missouri-Columbia.
