The University of Missouri closed June 9, 2005 on the purchase of 4331E Normandy Trace Drive, St. Louis County, Mo. the purchase was approved by the University of Missouri Board of Curators at its May 26, 2005 meeting. The property was purchased from Andrey Tomakov for $45,000.
