There will be a Finance and Human Resources Committee of the University of Missouri Board of Curators at 9:15 a.m. or upon conclusion of the Academic and Student Affairs Committee meeting, Thursday, May 26, 2005 in Columns Room 208CD&E, UM-Columbia Campus, Columbia, Mo. Members will consider information regarding a retirement trust actuarial report, a University of Missouri revenue and expenditure analysis, an FY2005 external audit scope, internal audit summary reports, and the FY2007 appropriations request. The committee will consider recommending to the full Board approval of the engagement of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as internal auditors, an international equity investment manager, termination of DKR capital as an investment manager, the sale of capital project notes, and the FY2006 operating budget.
