Notice of Acquisition
5100 Cherry Street, Kansas City, Missouri
The University of Missouri has been granted ownership of 5100 Cherry St., Kansas City, Mo. The property acquisition is the result of a condemnation suit approved by the UM Board of Curators at its April 1, 2004 meeting. The University paid the previous owner, Carl Barben, Sr., $420,000 for the property.
