Notice of Execution of Lease
Lot #18, Fraternity Drive, Rolla, Missouri
The University of Missouri executed an extension of a lease from March 31, 2021 to March 31, 2035 of property at Lot #18, Fraternity Drive, Rolla, Mo. on June 8, 2004. The property is leased to the Alpha Omega Alumni Association of Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity. As approved by the UM Board of Curators, the University has allowed a change to the maximum debt allowed by the lease from $180,000 to $200,000, and an increase in the maximum allowable period for repaying the mortgage from 25 years to 30 years. The lease extension was approved by the UM Board of Curators at its December 11, 2003 meeting.
